Golden Ticket Peel and Win Official Rules

1) No purchase necessary to participate. To receive a Prize Card send a self-addressed business size envelope postmarked no later than 6/05/2024 to Daily Pawn Game Card Request, 2925 S College Ave #10 Fort Collins CO 80525

Limit: one game piece per request. Copies of the official rules are also available at all participating Daily Pawn Locations or online at www.dailypawn.com. Game begins at 9:00 am Mountain Time on 06/01/2024 and ends at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time on 06/07/2024 or upon distribution of all game pieces, whichever occurs first. Game pieces are available at all participating Daily Pawn locations.

2) Employees of Daily Pawn, and their immediate families (dependents under IRS definitions) are not eligible to participate. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over on or before 06/08/2024.

3) By claiming a prize, winner consents to let Daily Pawn use of their name and photograph in advertising without compensation. Further, by accepting a prize, winner agrees to not assert any claims and agrees to release Daily Pawn, and third party prize contributors/suppliers from any and all liabilities, injuries or damages sustained in connection with the award or use of the prize(s). Winners of prizes valued at over $1,000.00 will be required to complete and return an “Acknowledgement of Eligibility” prior to receiving any prize.

4) Winners are solely responsible for reporting winnings and paying all applicable taxes. Daily Pawn reserves the right to award cash or some other substitute of equal or greater value in lieu of the prizes.

5) Limit: Only one game piece per store visit or mail in request. Game ends once all game pieces are distributed or on 06/07/2024. No mechanically reproduced mail in requests will be accepted.

6) HOW TO PLAY: Peel off the area indicated on your game card to see if you are an instant winner.

7) PRIZES: Daily Pawn intends to award a total of 250 prizes and 250 entries. 250 game pieces will be printed.

First Prize: $100 In-store Credit. ARV $100.00
Second Prize: $25 off a purchase of $100 or more. ARV $25
Third Prize: $10 off a purchase of $50 or more. ARV $10
Fourth Prize 10% off any one single item. ARV $10

8) ODDS OF WINNING AN INSTANT PRIZE OR DISCOUNT: (must be filled in for each prize)

First Prize: Number Available 4, Odds of Winning: 1.6%
Second Prize: Number Available 100, Odd of Winning: 40%
Third Prize: Number Available 100, Odds of Winning: 40%
Fourth Prize: Number Available 46, Odds of Winning:18.4%

9) PRIZE CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS:
i) Go to a participating Daily Pawn store on 6/8/24 or 6/9/24 to redeem prize.
ii) Make a qualifying purchase to receive discount

Prizes must be claimed no later than 06/09/2024. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

10) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Giveaway is open to all US residents, who are U.S. citizens or legal immigrants. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for any of the prizes. Void where prohibited / restricted. All federal, state and local laws apply. Paying and reporting taxes (if any) are the winner’s sole responsibility. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged, except at the sole discretion of Daily Pawn.Daily Pawn is not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late or misdirected mail entries, or game materials. All submissions become property of Daily Pawn. All game materials are subject to verification and are automatically void and will be rejected if any part(s) is forged, altered, defaced, tampered with, mechanically reproduced or modified, irregular in any way, irregularly obtained, or if they contain printing errors or omissions or are result of error. Liability for any irregular game material is limited to replacement of game piece while supplies last. Should more prizes be claimed in any category than offered in the rules, the prizes offered will be awarded in a random drawing among all verified prize claimants in that category. All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility. Daily Pawn reserves the right to refuse game cards to any customers who in their sole determination abuse their right to participate or violate the rules and to accelerate or modify method of distribution if necessary.
